Prof.
Philine Bracht has been working as a design manager, a design professor
and a design consultant for over 20 years. She graduated with a BA in
Product Design from the Hochschule für Gestaltung Offenbach, Germany
and an MA in Industrial Design (including cultural and museum studies)
from California State University Long Beach, USA. She has lived and
worked in USA, Germany and Asia. Her specialties in design are in creativity
process and methods, in ecological factors for design, in form, materials
and processes for product design and mass manufacture. Having lived
in different parts of the world she has a healthy understanding, compassion
and keen interest in professional cross-cultural exchange and collaboration.
She presently resides in Berlin.
Ingrid
Ute Ehlers has been working as a designer, a design consultant, author
and an expert creativity trainer for over 20 years. She graduated in
Product Design from the Hochschule für Gestaltung Offenbach, Germany.
In her own design company she specialised in recycling material and
design for life style products manufactured in small series. She has
worked as an international consultant on design and marketing in newly
industrialising countries in Asia and Africa and she has conceptualised
and enacted uncountable seminars and workshops on creativity as well
as holding engaging lectures. As an expert on creativity she publishes
books and articles which focus on creativity and its application in
business and everyday life.
