How do you learn as a participant:

• Through alternating extremes in scenarios you become aware of your specific way of thinking. You test the usefulness of your thinking styles and will later be enabled to switch between two distinct thinking styles at will in order to achieve results.

• Through exercises and assignments you are led to access your own vast creative potential in a playful manner, so that finding creative solutions will seem like an easy breeze (or child’s play)

• All things happen in cycles and processes, yet oftentimes you don’t know any more at which phase of the game you are at a given moment. After a 6-day workshop you will be able to work with your internal navigation system in a new and effective way – your very own GPS (Global Positioning System)! You learn to switch perspectives (without becoming lost) and you become the satellite from which you view and steer the process. And you will do it with greater certainty and efficiency.
